Slip Rentals From 18’ To 50’
Summer Slip Rental is available on the north, south, and west sides of the pier. Steamboat Wharf Marina is located in a well-protected cove with great access to Boston Harbor, the Harbor Islands, and Massachusetts Bay. For the 2024 boating season, SWM will have 87 slips. The dock configuration accommodates boats from 18’ to 50’. Accommodations include well-maintained high-quality docks, freshwater service, 30 & 50 amp electrical service, parking, restrooms & showers
Your Summer Guest Dock Destination
Steamboat Wharf Marina is just steps to the famed Nantasket Beach, which offers a vast array of dining options. The Marina is also within walking distance of a laundromat, grocery store, and public bathrooms. Our transient dock is open to the public for a fee. Space is limited. We have 120' of guest dockage at the west end of Nantasket Pier. There is no free dockage for any length boat or dinghy, for any length of stay. You may tie up at the dock only with permission of the Dock Staff or the Marina Manager. Plan and make reservations for your overnight or weekly stays well in advance. Use the reservation request form to reserve your overnight stay (we do not take reservations for hourly stays and no DockWa). Please do not call to make a reservation. Once you submit your Guest Dockage reservation, we will email you the reservation confirmation. You do not have a reservation unless you receive a confirmation from the Marina Manager.
Pricing at the Steamboat Wharf Marina transient dock is based on vessel length overall and length of stay:
Nightly Rate: Weeknights (Monday-Thursday) $3.00 per foot // Weekends and Holidays (Friday-Sunday) $4.00 per foot. Electric Service: 30 amp - $8 per day; 50 amp - $10 per day
Hourly Rate; (limited space availability, no reservations, first-come first-served, no Dockwa):
$10.00/hr for dinghies (10 feet or less)
$15.00/hr for boats under 30'
$20.00/hr for boats 30’ to 39’
$30.00/hr for boats 40’ to 49'
$40.00/hr for boats 50' to 65'
